The relationship the agency built with its client stays with the agency. JCC enters as an invited partner, within a scope defined together. When the work ends, the client leaves through the agency's door, not JCC's.

The agency owns brand, content, and digital. JCC works on the commercial reading of the business, on positioning, pricing, and how demand is generated and converted. Each does what it does best, and both efforts push toward the same outcome.

How invoicing works, who invoices, and how value is shared follow no single formula. They are defined per case, always before starting, and put in writing between the two parties. No surprises.
